And so the battle begins!

Dr. Michael Kamrava, AKA the doctor who implanted Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman with multiple embryos, had his license to practice revoked by the Medical Board of California last week for the reckless procedure, and now, it appears that he's appealing the decision!

According to legal documents:

"Petitioner requests a stay to be issued until the writ of mandate is heard. Revocation of his license would be detrimental to his ability to earn a living and be gainfully employed. The Petitioner is respectfully requesting this court to issue the stay order and ultimately strike the order revoking the license and adopt the proposed decision issued by the administrative judge as the Board exceeded it's jurisdiction and violated petitioner's due process right to earn a living."

Hmm...probably should have thought about all of these issues when he got her knocked up with eight babies at once!

She may have been crazy enough to want it, but it was his job as a doctor to tell her NO!

Just saying!

Dr. Kamrava is asking a judge to allow him to continue practicing medicine until the appeal is heard. Dr. Kamrava says he will officially file the appeal once the transcripts from his administrative hearing are made available to him.
