Montana Fishburne Narrowly Avoids Jail Time
Montana Fisburne allegedly beat the shizz out of her boyfriend's ex, and doesn't have to go to jail for it.
Instead, she plead "no contest" and now has to do 180 days in rehab.
Ch-ch-check it:
"This is the deal Montana's lawyer, Shawn Holley was fighting for, over the objection of prosecutors. Holley claimed the prosecutor initially agreed to rehab, but then reneged on the deal, demanding jail instead.
But today Holley prevailed. Montana has been in rehab for 5 months."
Well, as long as this is really going to help you stop (allegedly) assaulting people, we're all for it!
Violence is never the answer, kids, even if sometimes you just get sent to rehab for it.
