Dane Cook’s Half Brother Ordered To Pay Him $12 Million!!
Talk about bad family blood!!
Not only was Dane Cook's half brother sentenced to five to six years in prison after he embezzled millions from the comedian, but now the Massachusetts attorney general's office has ordered his half brother to pay $12 million in restitution.
Darryl and Erika McCauley pleaded guilty to stealing from Cook and was sentenced to prison back in October.
A spokesman for the attorney general says that the court will tally the couple's assets, including a home in York Beach, Maine, and hotel and restaurant investments.
Sheesh. To have your own brother steal from you must feel pretty awful. We're sure this is a lose-lose situation for Dane.
