California Sues B2K Singer For Illegally Owning A Pot Shop!
The State of California does NOT like it when you open up a one stop pot shop in a prohibited area.
Too bad that's what Lil Fizz did. Remember him? One of the singers in the SUPER famous B2K group?
Well back in July of 2010, he and some buddies started a medical marijuana dispensary called...wait for it...wait forrrr iiiitt...Lil Amsterdam. Ha! So perfect, riight?
And this little WeHo shop happened to fall in an area which strictly prohibits those kinds of doctors offices...
So he's being sued for OVER A MILLION DOLLARS!
$1,192,500 to be exact. That's $2,500 a day for each day it was illegally open. On top of that, they also want him and his co-owners to pay for the law enforcement and attorney's fees related to the case. According to reports, that could be another $750,000!!!
Damn! Maybe this will help California even out on all the unpaid parking tickets. HA! Juuust kiiiiding...
