With her condition quickly improving, Brooke Mueller has been cleared to leave the ICU at her Sherman Oaks hospital on Thursday morning (January 21).
Having received emergency surgery and plenty of antibiotics, the wife of actor Charlie Sheen was rushed to the facility the previous day after suffering from an oral infection.
Meanwhile, the quick release clears the way for Miss Mueller to travel to Aspen, Colorado for a hearing scheduled for tomorrow, January 22 – which is set for an attempt to modify the protective order she was granted over Sheen.
Stemming from Charlie’s Christmas Day arrest for domestic issues, attorney Yale Galenter previously told Us magazine, “They’re very much in love, and they want to try to work it out. I think they had a really bad day, which is probably an understatement, but they need their privacy and they need some time.”
