Not too long ago, it was big-time news that Justin Bieber got a Jonathan Livingston segull inked on his skin, a story that started just as a rumor before being revealed as a bit more truthful. Now another young celeb is reported to have matching tattoos with his fellow Harry Potter castmates. Tom Felton said that he wasn’t supposed to say anything but they all got matching lightning bolts on their butts. If you leave it at that, most peeps would just assume that they did get the skinart. But Felton then reveals that he was joking – or was he? It’s gotta make you think because then Rupert Grint said that he thought it to be a great idea and they all chatted about it, however, he too said that they wimped out. Since the area of the body where this joked about tat is totally covered at all times – there’s no way to distinguish fact from fiction.
